Fried Rice with a Twist

Threw together some fried rice tonight. Didn't have all of the usual stuff so I used what I had. Fried rice with kale, carrots, radishes, and spring onions. It was pretty darn good. Cooked it in the DO direct at 500.

Topped it off with a grilled boneless skinless chicken thigh.
