Mega Batch Cazzy Sauce

We are having a want fest this weekend, I want to have a few different flavours that day. SWMBO granted permission ;) to go for a bigger batch of Cazzy's fabulous marinate. So started looking for the ingredients. had everything but mirin wine. Went to three different stores, no luck. Texted SWMBO and said that I am at a loss for now. She texted back that a customer of hers said to try another place. Off I went. Sure enough, it was there. Stocked up a bit. 6 bottles. One bottle is enough for a triple batch of marinate. So should be good for awhile. 
Hanging around this place is always upping my grocery bill.
