Having a friend of the wife in town staying with us for the weekend and she loves wings so I immediately started the wheels turning for the jalamango lime wings. She wanted to go out and get buffalo wild wings but agreed to stay in and help me prep for the cook. I got the wings and chutney and came home and started rolling, she did the sauce and i did the rest... I have to say what an awesome recipe and I have done it numerous times and it turns out amazing every time. She was thrilled to say the least. She kept saying she was Instagramming or whatever that means.... I snapped a few pics though so you guys know it happened.

You know they are my favorite because they fit my paleoish lifestyle. Unlike the cheesecake i just ate...oops
