Prime Rib Pot Pie

Prime Rib was less than $5 a pound last weekend, so I bought one with no particular meal in mind.  Instant leftovers.

Made a prime rib, chicken thigh pot pie with it tonight.  Some how did not get pics of the thighs frying or the cheese layer, but otherwise captured it well.  Warmed the tummy nicely.




XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys
