Pork Loin and Cauliflower, It's Finally Spring
It's been a very long winter (just got another 14" of snow last week) but it's warming up. What better to do than some grilling. Here is a favorite of mine. 1/3 of a pork loin with any dry rub, 1 head of cauliflower and some mushrooms. I put a little Lawry's seasoning salt, a little water and cover3/4 of the pan with AF. 350° till the loin is at 142°. Yum.

I could handle some of that! 1 question though. The pork lion gets cooked in the pan or over the coals?Southern Indiana

Thanks. I had the CI skillet down first with the loin above on the grid extender.
