Question on an XL dome?

Hey guys,
I need a little help determining if the attached pic is a picture of an old style XL dome or a new style one with the higher dome. The seller isn't sure since he bought it at an estate sale. I thought I'd see if anyone knew just by looking at the picture.

Look at the serial# and call the mothership and ask them.

+1 - the original ones were not that tall and in fact the large BGE had more grate to dome height than the original XL which is why they were redesigned.

It definitely does look like the new style to me as well. I did email the guy to see if he could find the serial number inside the dome. He couldn't but did send me these measurements; The base measures 24" across and the dome is 13.5" high laying on flat ground using a yardstick in the center.

Does anyone have measurements on an XL who can verify those as he new dome XL?

Just measured my new style XL and it is also 13.5" to the top of the opening.
