First Quick Ribs

image Spent most of the weekend working at the marina getting the boat ready for the season. Didn't get home until 4:00 Sunday. No time to marinade, just pulled off the membrane, rubbed with Lea & Perrin thick Worcestershire sauce. My wife is off of all sugar to get ready for two up coming weddings, so most store bought dry rub. Made my own from the usual suspects. On the grill, raised direct for an hour and twenty. Results, very good, but not perfect.
