First pulled pork

Smoked a pork butt today.  Made pulled pork.  I am declaring success.  I only used a rub and put it on about 18 hours in advance.

Southern Succor Rub
1/4 cup fresh ground black pepper
1/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup turbinado sugar
2 tablespoons salt
2 teaspoons dry mustard
1 teaspoon cayenne

Took it off at 203*, light foil tent and in a pre-heated (but off) 100* oven for an hour.  Pretty much wanted to pull itself, it was so spot on.
