I tried a reverse sear, finishing on a hot cast iron griddle on the lower level on my AR (you can see the setup in first photo below). I pulled at about 105 IT and put on the griddle about 30 seconds per side. Over cooked the steaks, they came out close to medium-well. . I also forgot to clean the griddle well, apparently it had some grease (?) from a previous cook (or Pam I used to keep from rusting between cooks?) than you can start to see once it started to heat up. Sorry for the poor photos today.
