Pork Butt, Nailed It!

Completed my third pork butt and it was by far the best. I did a hybrid turbo cook by accident, temp creeped up to 325 with my CyberQ and the St Louis Charcoal grate, which allows more air. I just let it go and it was fantastic, meat fell off the bone, nice smoke ring.imageimageimage
