Maple plank salmon

Not really necessary but soaked the plank for half hour, lined slightly charred plank with lemon slices to separate skinless filet from plank, light coat of oil and sprinkle of DP Raging River, dome temp 400-450, basted twice with pure maple syrup butter.  Healthy, quick and easy!
