chicken bomb success

Tried Chicken bombs last night for first time and they were excellent.  I used cream cheese and some mexican melt shredded cheese to stuff the jalepenos.   I partially cooked the bacon in the microwave because it was so thick I did not think it would be done when chicken was.  They were perfect, only issue I had was one of them stuck to the cast iron grate and fell apart a little.  I oiled it just before I heated it up.  any suggestions on how else I could have kept it from sticking?  cooked on raised direct at about 375 for about 45 minutes.

    I know this sounds crazy, but it works with fish sticking to the grate. Rub the grate good with a raw potato (cut in half) after the grill is hot.

    Oil the grate after it's hot, not before - works for me.

    cream cheese and shredded mexican cheese stuffed in a jalapeno, wrapped in pounded out chicken thighs, wrapped in bacon. about half way through cook put some sticky fingers carolina bbq sauce on them.
