Ok, the ribs were taken off just before the game began. They cooked @ 350 dome for just under 2hrs. I rubbed them with killer hogs rub. They were really good. I have the try turboing more often. My last butt was turboed and it came out tasty as well. There is a little smoke ring. Very moist. Back to the game. UCONN whipping that's ass!XL BGEJoe JRBaltimore, MD
