Hi Friends --- Not sure where this post goes, so I'm just putting it here.  So ... Has anyone had issues with their Maverick reading MUCH (about 75-100 degrees sometimes) higher than their egg temp gauge?  Mine has recently been calibrated (I did it twice, the Type A that I am), and my Maverick is a LOT higher.  

Anyone else ever experience this?  Ideas?
