Trout stuffed with sliced lemons and a little bit of lemon pepper grilled over a combination of Mesquite lump charcoal and Kingsford competition briquettes Trout grilled directly over charcoal a few minutes each side then slid to one side with the coals on the other side for a few minutes indirect with Alder chips tossed on coals
