biggest brisket on Large Egg

I am going to cook for 25 to 30, mostly guys next month, I plan to do 4 racks of ribs and a brisket and was wondering what the largest brisket people have cooked on a large egg.  Just in case the appetites are larger than anticipated I will have some sausages to grill at meal time.

I've done two 15 pounders in an X formation at the same time in my large. You won't find a brisket that's too big for a large. Sounds delicious!

I would think that you could go as large as you can get. You can always drape it over a fire brick covered in foil or an inverted rib rack until it shrinks down enough to lay flat.

Are you planning on doing this all on one egg?

16 lbs for me, draped over a rib rack.

If I can get a 15 lb brisket in that should be enough I just wasn't sure I could go that big.

P.S.  The two briskets look great, did that effect the cooking time?
