Smoked Tongue ~Offal-ly Good~

<p />Couldn't resits the pun....Smoked these beef tongues yesterday with a bacon topper using pecan & apple. Chilled overnight and sliced thin. Plan on taking to the local tavern later, serving with horseradish & coarse yeller mustard and a cold one on the side.[p]Happy Memorial Day to all....[p]~thirdeye~
