Basic Egging Only Lately
I've been obsessed for the last couple of months with refurbishing my Dad's vintage motorcycle for the last couple of months (minus the three weekends that I spent taking care of a major honeydo list item) As such I've not had the time to do any major egging other than the 40lbs of Boston butt (two 20 lb bathes weeks apart) that I smoked to serve at the respective Birthday parties for our son and foster daughter. As such I've come to realize that with some strategy the BGE fits well even into a hectic schedule.
Anyway... the hard part is nearly done and it's finally time to start putting parts back on her for a change. I might throw a big shindig when she's finished to celebrate and of course that means lots of food from the BGE.

Cool man. I'm building a hardtail based on a Yamaha SX650 right now. This thing ain't gonna look anything like the original bike when it's done...the only original parts will be most of the motor/transmission, part of the frame, the wheel hubs/brakes and the front forks. I'm going for a steam-punk bar hopper. I'll post some pics at some time. Just powder coated the hubs/rims and laced up the wheels. Welded the hard tail on the frame.

That is very impressive, bike will be better than new. I would be good at taking it apart, but putting back together, maybe not.Dave

Claybar + Carnauba Wax + 15 minutes = AWESOME
Bear in mind that this is a 34 year old tank with the original paint.
