Brisket put to bed.....Picture

It has been a while since I've done any cooking on the egg so tonight I decided to do a brisket to take to the office tomorrow... The Stoker is set with a temperature of 220°.... A nice low and slow cook with Mesquite Charcoal, Almond and Hickory chunks
