I learned a new trick yesterday.  Buy a bunch of cedar planks and soak them all at once.  Use what you need right away, but freeze the rest, so the next time you want a plank, its god to go.


I plan on trying this tonight, will commnet on how it goes.

    Are you planning to let the frozen plank thaw before putting it on the egg or just put it on frozen and let it heat up from there?

    Well, "spa-Peggy" is kind of like spaghetti. I'm not sure what Peggy does different, if anything. But it's the one dish she's kind of made her own.
