Dizzy Pig Bayouish arrived in the mail this morning,
and the local fish monger had fresh Walleye. Bayouish is great, stands up to heat on the cast iron pan, great mix of flavors
This is just the leftover tail end...
On a sadder note, left the cracked Mini at the dealer, hoping they will replace the base in warranty...
