It seems like ribs have been the topic this weekend for everyone on twitter and Instagram!! Here's mine! I used the 3-2-1 method and used Oak for smoke. They were exceptional! Did you do ribs this weekend?

I did, and made potato salad for the first time too. Good stuff. The ribs could have cooked another 30 min or so but my brother had to leave so we went ahead and ate them.
