Dinner at Daughter's House

My Daughter has invited my wife and I and several friends over for dinner tonight, with the stipulation that Dad bring the meat. I am planning on cooking several pork tenderloins and a couple of tri-tips. I plan on cooking on the egg before our arrival at 5:00 and dinner at seven. Can I FTC the meat and take to her house and carve and eat at 7:00?
Thanks for any input!

Depending on the mass, carry over and the FTC should cover you for that brief time. Keep the meat whole until ready to serve, then carve.Marietta, East Cobb, GA

I think it would cook quite a bit more when you FTC it before it starts to cool down. Take that into account with your pull temps.XL,L,SWinston-Salem, NC
