OT because not on the Egg - blackened mixed seafood over angel hair pasta

Haven't had a chance to change out my cracked Egg with the new one in the garage (may do ribs on the cracked Egg Saturday). Used the Gasser side burner to cook up some blackened mixed seafood over Angel Hair pasta for dinner with the kids. Heated up the CI pan with some oil and butter. Seared some scallops about a minute per side. Added a generous portion of Paul's Blackened Redfish seasoning. Add in about a pound of shrimp and 2 cut up lobster tails. Once the shrimp and lobster were almost done, added a large can of jumbo lump crab. Once everything was hot, poured it over some Angel Hair pasta. Served with garlic cheese bread. Amazing meal. No pics, but it did happen.
