I wait every year for this release. I try to get the entire lineup, excluding those only released in 1-2 citiesLeopoldstoch said:Local event had a bunch of goose island barrel aged on last night.
Bourbon barley wine 2017
Bourbon county 2017 and 2018
Bourbon wheatwine 2018
And for good measure also had perennial abraxas on tap
I spend most Thanksgivings in Savannah. So I drive to 4-5 different stores to grab them all, usually multiple of each bottle when I can. I always have the goal of saving and comparing year over year but they never make it past JanuaryBoom -
got a bottle of that last year. took me 1/4 of the bottle to get used to it, never had Japanese whiskey before, but I really ended up enjoying it. I just hate how much it costs around heresumoconnell said:

If you like IPAs then its not too bad. It mellows out about half way through. I like the original 420 better.FanOfFanboys said:

how is the single barrel 1792? local store has a few in stock+++++++++++++++++++++++++++Austin, Texas. I'm the guy holding a beer. -
Prices have gone nuts. Suntory announced they are basically short on stock for older whiskey, what was once a $50 bottle of Yamazaki 12 is now $250, and it's not even that good. I'm in Tokyo, and the prices are obsurd..FanOfFanboys said:

It was really good, Orange was subtle but there. We had a chocolate orange to pair it with too which was great. I would buy again if it’s around next year.Leopoldstoch said:CigarCityEgger said:Some of the beers from this weekend, tried way too many good beers at Hunahpu’s day to take pics but was a great time.
