Being an absolute lover of IPAs, I just had to try their 20% Quadruple IPA. It did not disappoint!.....

It's worth it for the bacon alone IMO, as I've sampled the goods at the mecca, Baconfest in DSM. It's all about passion, Chef Brandon is chock full of it. Wish I could show you some of the other dishes he showed me, off his line.
