OT - Regarding links in posts

I just noticed a post in which someone wrote a webpage’s address as _____ dot com instead of a posting a link and got me wondering if all links to outside sites are forbidden in posts or what entails “an unsolicited advertisement for goods, services and/or promotion of other websites” as described on the forum rules and disclaimers.

What about links to:

1. FDA or other source regarding safe cooking temps, food handling advice and the like

2. Youtube videos covering what’s being discussed (for example: I just meant to post one showing how to remove a keel bone from a chicken)

3. Links to BBQ sites with instructions / pictures of what’s being discussed (examples: how to build a BGE table, spatchcocking a chicken, etc.)

I intend to be helpful but don’t want to go about breaking forum rules to do so.

I was probably the poster of said phonetic website reference. ..While I don't know the rules...I did try the link first and got a message that the post was subject to review...so i spelled it out and it worked... probably tripped some alarms at HQ...but I figure as long as @henapple and @NPHuskerFL‌ are still active, my transgressions are fairly minor... )
