Did a quick cook last night. Ate the spatchcock for dinner and the chicken breasts are for tonight chicken salad my wife is making.

Temp was 450, raised direct. The skin was the best I have turned out so far, great crisp and flavor

About how long did it take at 450? I usually do 350 raised direct for about an hour or so. Think I'll give 450 a shot after seeing that picture.Large - Mini - Blackstone 17", 28", 36"

roughly 45 mins is all it took. According to the thermapen it was at 166* when I took it off.
