I know, I missed Saint Patrick's Day.  I our house Saint Andrew's Day is more important, but what the heck they had a bunch of these left over at the grocer.  No special cook, done indirect until the internal was in the upper 160's.  Good basic cook.

Stole a corn bread snack in the middle of the cook.



XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys
