Please pardon an OT, but I thought this one was pretty.  I did not do a step by step as this is a non-BGE cook.  Through a logistical error we hope to not repeat (we both shopped the grocery list at the same time), we had an abundance of Romaine that would have partially ended up in the compost, so I was generous.  Nice ripe avocado, fried ham and chicken cooled to room temp, chilled tomato and onions, and Ken's Zesty Italian.  Was darned good, and even though it is a touch chilly now, probably our first foray into the summer dinners.

XXL #82 out of the first 100, XLGE X 2, LBGE (gave this one to daughter 1.0) , MBGE (now in the hands of iloveagoodyoke daughter 2.0) and lots of toys
