Bonless Butt

I have a boneless butt about 6lbs not a lot of fat on it,and its tied...can I use this for low and slow pulled pork..

    They work pretty good for pulled pork. Not as good as bone in, but still pretty good. They definitely go a bit faster, so it might make sense to cook a little slower than you would cook a bone-in. [p]I think the roast you have is made more for doing a sliced deal, which can be really good. Pull it off at 170-175, rest, cut off the strings, slice and chow.[p]Cheers

    Bone less is just fine for pulled pork. That is all our local store carries so I use them. They will cook a bit faster sometimes. One (8 lbs) tonight only took 12 hours.
