Gluten Free Bread

Fired up the large for some spatchcock chicken lunch and leftovers for the week. Since I was outside might has well fire up the small and try out some gluten free bread. Got the small stabilized at 400, indirect while the bread was made and proofed a bit. Came out the proofing bowl a tad messy and crazy sticky.

Kept rotating durning the cook which took about an hour. Didn't get the even color like I wanted but I'm sure that is because when the bread rose it was only 3/8" from touching the dome. Either way it came out ok.

Sliced up and was very good, see how it toasts up tomorrow.
