Gluten Free Bread

Fired up the large for some spatchcock chicken lunch and leftovers for the week. Since I was outside might has well fire up the small and try out some gluten free bread. Got the small stabilized at 400, indirect while the bread was made and proofed a bit.
Came out the proofing bowl a tad messy and crazy sticky.
Kept rotating durning the cook which took about an hour. Didn't get the even color like I wanted but I'm sure that is because when the bread rose it was only 3/8" from touching the dome. Either way it came out ok.
Sliced up and was very good, see how it toasts up tomorrow.
Anyone want the recipe you'll have to read the box.

@Mike_the_BBQ_Fanatic It's pretty good, really dense but moist. Once it cools it will be brittle but normally based on others I have done will toast up nice for sandwiches.

Try proofing it in your final baking vessel with a light coating of grease. I started doing this and you don't kill some of the bubbles you get and you don't have to deal with the sticky mess.
