Made pizza today

Dough was made yesterday and kept in fridge till about 2 hours ago

Flattened by hand and then placed on parchment, this was the third pizza of the night so the parchment is a bit dark

Loaded up with sauce, fresh mozzarella, parmesan, mushrooms, green peppers, hot peppers and hot salami

I think my baking stone needs to be cleaned, too windy and cold to go out to the egg

It was baked at 500ºF for 12 minutes, on the egg we usually aim for 700ºF for 6 minutes, it was a hit and there are a few pieces left for breakfast
