Used the newly fabricated cast iron grate on some chicken tenderloins for this week's lunches.

Also grilled up a couple burgers over the weekend.  My wife and I have been dieting a lot lately, so we opted to only get the 2-pack premade burgers from Publix along with only 2 buns from the Publix deli.  We didn't want to be tempted by having a lot of leftover carbonacious buns on hand.  ;)  Their premade burgers have bacon and shredded cheddar mixed in already.  I ended up adding some Dale's Seasoning before grilling them up.  The cheese they mix in make absolutely no flavor difference in our opinions.  We couldn't taste it, but I guess it may have made some difference in the juiciness of the burger.  The bacon didn't add any texture difference, but it did add a depth of flavor.  And the Dale's Seasoning is always good, depending on how salty you like your burger.  As long as you don't add additional S&P, it's very tasty in our opinions.
