I get them at Winco.  Some grocery stores carry them, some don't.

Rubbed with Bad Byron's and did a 50/50 mix of the two to sauce with and sauced the sausages the same. Bone Sucking Sauce works as well with the Blues Hog on a 50/50 mix. Next time will go back to my coffee rub and sauce. image

Looks great. I've never seen turkey wings, or turkey parts for that matter, and I've looked hard. Guess I need to look some more.

Thanks for reminding me about the Franklin's sauce. I'm out and need to get some more.

    What kind of sausage?

So this topic made me go our and buy a package of turkey wings.  I modified a recipe I have from a chicken wing book that has a recipe for 747's, Smoky turkey Wings.  Of course it called for liquid smoke in the marinade and then also in a basting sauce.  I skipped the liquid smoke in the marinade, and went with a dry rub instead of basting, and then smoked them on the Egg.  I liked them but my rub was a little too spicy for my 12 y.o. son
I probably shouldn't have added the teaspoon of my homegrown cayennes I turned into powder.
sorry that my picture is a little blurry
