Stuffed saltinbocca chicken I started with a whole chicken boned it out then rubbed the chicken with fresh garlic olive oil salt & pepper then stuffed it with fried eggplant, prosuttio di plamer and fresh mozzarella then rolled and tied image
2 Large Eggs and a Mini 2 Pit Bulls and a Pork shoulder or butt nearby and 100% SICILIAN
