Yeah I 1st put it in the egg for 20 min at 425 degrees then dropped the egg temp to 375 and let it rock until a internal temp of 165 it should be killer im also making a demi glaze to put on top along with roasted potatoes and asparagus

I cant take credit for the Demi my son is making it but from what I saw he made a basic chicken stock with the bones he put parsley carrots thyme celery and the organs from the chicken and then reduced it
