Sunday Spring Fever Cook...

Another beautiful day on tap here...
Cooking up the octopus for a nice salad sort of thing with artichoke hearts, olives, and grilled asparagus. I picked up some chicken breasts and some sausage that I'll do just to have around, I have 3 flanken short ribs that I am going to attempt and I might even make more pizza
Listening to some baseball, and watching the golf later...

Do you have a favorite golfer? I was a big Anthony Kim fan when he was relevant. Now my favorite golfer is Bubba Watson. Of course my wife is an Adam Scott "fan" (more like admirer).

Here are some pics. The ribs lasted about 2min before I scarfed them down. The octopi turned out really good after about 6min over the flames. The salad is chilling now for a bit...
