Nothing like waking to a egg that is chugging along nicely. Same temp as when I started 10 hrs ago.
Added a couple pics of last weeks ribs ( because we all like pics).

I have a large. I filled it to the bottom of the ring.

I put 2 butts on last night at 8:00. Woke up this morning at 7:00 to a 200 degree egg. Made a couple of adjustments and back to 250 in no time. Using Rockwood first time for an over nighter.

I should add I use Rockwood all the time and love it. This is my first over nighter since I converted to Rockwood.

I used royal oak. But I typically just buy whatever is cheapest.
