First Spatchcock last night, and Mickey's coffee rub

First try with the spatchcock, damn good, not sure why i didnt try it earlier. And the wife loved Mickey's coffee rub, she wants to try it on wings soon. So thanks @Mickey
Didnt get any plated picks, didnt really make it to any plates after we started tasting it....
