best grilled chicken sandwich I ever ate(that's what I'm going with at least)...
Today is the 10th day in a row that I have cooked dinner on my egg. I believe that is a new record for me.

That is a thing of beauty. The bun should take a backseat to the yardbird.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Yeah, that was an old stale bun that surprisingly had no mold. It softened up in the microwave a bit and became a suitable vessel to deliver this amazing thing into my body.SmokeyPitt said:That is a thing of beauty. The bun should take a backseat to the yardbird. In Manchester, TNVol For Life! -

@cashans Had some really big breasts which I pounded... B-) Threw them on raised direct 400* and shook on some raging river. Turned after about 10-15min and shook the rub on the other side. Cooked till 160 and voila.@tjosborne yes, I love muenster cheeseIn Manchester, TNVol For Life!

Also used a Jack Danielle's wood chunk. I love the smell while cooking but it didn't impart too much flavor as far as I could tell.In Manchester, TNVol For Life!

Looks great - smashed chicken breasts marinated in Italian dressing for 6 hours and then egged using Raging River is a favorite of ours. I also melt on a piece of muenster and harvarti, then serve on a butter croissant with mayo and a piece of lettuce! Man-o-man is that a killer sandwich!Re-gasketing the USA one yard at a time

What is the process for pounding chicken breasts?Making the neighbors jealous in Pleasant Hill, Ia one cook at a time...

Depending on how thin you want them, you can butterfly them and/or put them between two sheets of plastic wrap and beat them with a meat tenderizing hammer. Also, a rolling pin will work (to beat it with).Mike_the_BBQ_Fanatic said:What is the process for pounding chicken breasts?

RRP, not sure how I missed your post earlier but I am going to try that for sure. Sounds amazing. And to think, I never really cared much for chicken sandwiches before my egg, crazy.RRP said:Looks great - smashed chicken breasts marinated in Italian dressing for 6 hours and then egged using Raging River is a favorite of ours.
