Today is my old man's birthday. I treated him to Surf & Surf! It was EGGxellent!! I grilled the lobster tails meat side down for just long enough to sear, then flipped. I brushed the tails with clarified butter after I flipped. Grilled them just until they were opaque. It was a delicious dinner!!
