Burgers - OT
All the burger shots lately had me really wanting burgers, but it was 19* tonight and I wasn't up for that outside.
So, yeah I backslid and did things inside. The bacon was for toppings, not mixed in. Turned out really good.
It's been a really long time since I had a Bacon Mushroom Swiss burger, but it's my birthday, I figured WTH.

Don't worry. Fried burgers are my favorite. You get that diner-esque flavor that you can't get grilled. That's why I typically do them on my baking steel with the egg.

Those look amazing! It looks like a knife and fork should be used to eat it!Have you tried topping a stacked burger like that with a fried egg? It adds a whole new level of flavor that I love!MickeyWestern NC Egger since January 2014
