Quick cook. Costco burgers on a cast iron pan at about 450. Dusted with Montreal Steak Seasoning and Lawry's Seasoned Salt while in the Egg. Two minutes, flip. After another minute, add cheese to one patty and shut down Egg. Wait for cheese to melt and throw between toasted bun with lettuce, tomato and mayo. Tastes great.

Now there's a common cook that has me drooling. Doctor says I can only have one of those every six years. But, is a double cheese burger a burger with double cheese or two burgers with 2 or 4 slices of cheese? Or should it be double cheese burgers? God help me!Hood Stars, Wrist Crowns and Obsession Dobs!
