Turkey breast was done 325 indirect with cherry & maple for smoke. Rubbed under the skin with Loveless Peach rub and @mickey coffee rub on the skin. Really good combo
Grilled Romaine with EVOO and Dizzy Dust
And everything on a whole wheat ciabatta bun with some fresh made que sauce
Turkey has to be one of my more favorite meats since getting the egg and realizing it doesn't have to be dry like it was when my mom & grandma cooked it. I was questioning the grilled romaine. Turns out it was really good and the wife said " put this into the meal rotation, please". I guess it was a win

I did turkey legs and wings ( or what you didn't cook) today. 400 raised direct with cherry chips and used coffee rub. Yours looks good.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now).

I'm on the turkey bandwagon too now that I do 'em on the Egg. Nice and juicy like you said. That sandwich looks great.Franklin, TNLarge BGE+PSWoo2
