First time doing a reverse sear with the thermapen

My father in law came into town this weekend to stay with us for our son's 2nd bday. Tonight he went to the market and got a really good deal on some top sirloin petite filets. He asked me to do them on the Egg and who am I to say no?! I rubbed the eggs in just a splash over olive oil then covered them in Cow Lick. I set up the Egg with the AR for indirect at 250*. I took the steaks to an IT of 115* then took them off and wrapped them. I let the Egg settle in at 550* and thew the steaks back on direct, just about the hot lump. I took two off at 130 (for my wife and I) then the other two at 145 (for my FIL and SIL). They turned put great, probably the best I have ever cooked. It is so easy with the Thermapen, not sure how I cooked without it. SWMBO cooked the broccoli (with some butter and raging river) and the baked potatoes. The whole meal was great!
