I really like mine as well. I installed it with the gasket stuck to the Egg. Have ordered a new gasket so I can reinstall.

Me too and Matt knows I have a standing order for one...but now with the rumor floating that Hotlanta may be dropping the small or enlarging the mini I wonder if a SmokeWare cap for either is really in the works! Considering Matt's tooling up costs that is a gamble.

The best and easiest way to clean any Stainless Steel item like this is to use oven cleaner. I spray it out in the driveway, let it set for 30 minutes and spray off with the hose. For something this small and the cold temp as of late I place in my Stainless Steel sink and do the same. The results are amazing. Just make sure the wife is gone of you use the Kitchen sink!!!
