Picked up a few bags myself today. The cashier asked if I was happy that the BBQ season was starting soon. )Dave

I hoarded my local CT store and got the last 4 bags they had. Strangely, their inventory shown 12 bags but they can't find the 8 other bags...
I used some tonight while cooking bone in chicken breasts. It was good but I am not sure that it is really different than using plain oak. The first smoke did have a distinctive smell.____________________Entrepreneurs are simply those who understand that there is little difference between obstacle and opportunity and are able to turn both to their advantage. •Niccolo Machiavelli -
I've been to half a dozen stores and all but one had 12 bags inventory unless somebody hit them up already. It's definitely a loss leader. Got three more to hit and I will be in control! I will sell each bag for

My store (St Thomas) shows 6 available. Now I know what to do with that stack of Canadian Tire Money!

Crappy Tire at Dixie & Dundas now has 9 of 12 bags left. As I put the third one in my cart just now I remembered the stack of other woods I have at home. I kept #3 because I don't have any oak and figured the hype must be for something good...

I'm thinking @littlesteven has a side business being the Canadian distributor for this product and is just drumming up some business.

Will be using these on upcoming cooks.Smoker box, wrap in AF with some holes, or just sprinkle the chips through out. I might try the smoker box again and see how it fares.Large, small, and a mini

For burgers, you might want to just throw them on top of the lump just before cooking.
