After our last round of snow and ice the roads are like a skating rink. Perfect time to pull the Costco prime packer.out of the freezer. Went on last night with salt and pepper smoked with a few chucks of oak from a knob creek whiskey barrel.

@maskedmarvel my brother runs a liquor store and they had a barrel for a display. When then sale was over we cut in to chunks. Sadly this was the last of it.

Wish I could find prime brisket. Only ever see choice. Our Costco doesn't even have packers. Walmart and Restaurant Depot choice only.
