Thanks... The egg has been running for about 30hours now... starting to run out of "gas" I have the top and bottom wide open with the cobbler in there and the best I can do is about 300...

Going to take a little longer than planned with dessert LOL

Here is dinner plated up. Lamb was good, maybe a touch rare... I think my favorite part was the spinach. Just waiting for the cobbler now.

Here's the cobbler and the end to this weekend's cooks. Finished strong. Eating this dessert, my wife was looking at me like I was Brad Pitt... If he could cook. )

Outstanding! +1 on the on call...I'm on call every other week. For a week at a time. We only have 2 techs in FL. But, that's alright (got plenty of work so, feel pretty blessed). Looks fantastic!!!

What is that in your cup? Is it one of those stone like deals you freeze that don't water down your drink, or is it sphere ice? I just saw one of those units that make those ice balls few weeks back..

It's an ice sphere, the glass has a bump in the bottom that keeps the ball rolling around every time you move the glass without really having to shake the heck out of it.

After chilling it over night so I could remove a lot of the fat; I finally finished the Pioneer Woman's Dr. Pepper & Chipotle pulled pork...

Wow! Very good and very tasty! Probably going to fry some up and top it with a fried egg when my girls get home. Equally as good as any I've made on the egg; not better, just a different flavor and texture.

Its okay, you get more of a nose from the whiskey vs. a regular sided glass.

Thanks... LOL... Who's kidding, almost everything I post here is with my iPhone5S. If you are referring to the images on my site, they were taken with actual cameras that don't do so well at making phone calls )
