My roommate/friend just declared he is 100% Vegan now.

This reminds me of the Seinfeld episode where Kramer steals lobster from the sea and George sneaks it in Jerry's girlfriends eggs (aka the shrinkage episode).  What a fool.  I am 5 months into Egging and I am just getting really good.  I might research a couple vegan recipes for the EGG.

It won't be too bad. There are really good recipes out there(my mom is vegan). Worst case, have him make the veggies and you cook meat for yourself. @lit 's wife is vegan so he may be able to provide insight.

No worries, veggies are great on the egg. My cousin, and best friend, is a vegan and she loves egged veggies. In fact, the egg does such a great job, my meat and potato other half has learned to eat his veggies.
